Shipping policy

Where we deliver

ToeFlex offers free standard shipping to the United States, Canada and United Kingdom only. Addresses outside these countries are not serviceable.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on your destination. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs, carrier disruption and peak periods can cause delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email the tracking details. Tracking may take time to update after the first carrier scan.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact hellotoeflex@gmail.com promptly with your order number if your address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
